The traditional main house provides a feeling of peace and security. The chambers and traditional “Stuben” parlours (rooms and apartments) are lovingly furnished with browned old wood and light solid wood made from spruce, larch or pine. Long stay discount:
we will give you a discount of 5% off the daily rate for stays of 11 days or more.
Half board:
our guests are pampered with culinary delights each day. Rich breakfast buffet in the morning and a gourmet menu in three courses in the evening.
Depending on individual holiday plans, it is of course possible to cancel breakfast and/or dinner. Deduction from the half-board price only if cancelled the day before:
€ 15,- for breakfast / adult and € 5,- / child.
€ 20,- for the evening meal / adult and € 5,- / child.
Deposit and terms of payment:
the booking is guaranteed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Final cleaning in the apartments:
the final cleaning policy applies to the apartments. This also includes the basic amenities of bed linen, hand and shower towels, bathrobes for adults, sauna towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, cleaning products etc. Free change of linen for stays of 8 nights or more.
Intermediate cleaning or additional linen for a fee.
Pet policy:
pets are not allowed in the Hotel Ortnerhof.
Smoking:
the Ortnerhof is a non-smoking hotel.
Local tax:
there is a separate charge of € 2,60 per day and person (from 15 years).
Car park:
a free car park is available for our guests in front of the hotel. When booking a Stadl Apartment, we will reserve a parking space in the carport for you.
E-car charging station:
Charge your e-car directly at our Hotel Ortnerhof at a type 2 charging station with 100% regional green electricity – mostly from the Virgental Energy Community. (for a fee)

when booking, please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances or if you would like to enjoy only vegetarian delicacies.
Christmas and New Year’s Eve surcharge:
for the additional programme and holiday dinner we charge on 24.12. € 12,- per adult and € 9,- per child. On 31.12. it is € 22,- per adult and € 18,- per child.
Cancellation conditions:
the General Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
Cancellation fees:
- there is no cancellation fee applied up to 31 days before arrival.
- 30 – 15 days before arrival we charge 50%,
- 14 – 8 days before arrival 70% and
- from 7 days before arrival or if you do not arrive, 90% of the total package price.
